We proudly undertook the drylining and carpentry package for this care home project, which included:
• Installing 12.5mm plasterboard on dot-and-dab adhesive, finished with a 3mm plaster coat on both sides of ground-floor block walls.
• Constructing first-floor timber floors with 3”x7” joists, mass barrier ceilings (two layers of fireline plasterboard, 100mm insulation, and fire tape), and T&G boards.
• Building first-floor walls with 2”x4” timber frames, 15mm fireline plasterboard, and a 3mm plaster coat on both sides.
• Completing pitched and flat roofs with 15mm fireline boards, fire taping, and walkways for maintenance access.
• Installing doors, ironmongery, skirtings, shelves, MDF pelmets, and staircases.
• Constructing an outdoor walkway with pitched roofing supported by 150mm x 150mm wooden posts.
